Thanks for confirming both the Comcast spam account and the Swedish IP address, which appears to be exposed as an open proxy or something similar.
The Comcast address, 73.26.198.78 / c-73-26-198-78.hsd1.nm.comcast.net, may either be the original source or another proxy in a longer chain. The Swedish IP address, 87.227.89.217 / c87-227-89-217.bredband.tele2.se, was used during registration and does not appear to be a Tor/Onion exit node, which makes it notable and worth further investigation. It may also be part of another type of botnet or exposed host, and may therefore be relevant for a direct abuse report to Tele2 - as will probably comcast.
Both hosts will be blacklisted in dnsbl.tornevall.org and also marked with a high-level fraud status in fraudbl.org as webspam. They will not be eligible for delisting during the cooldown period.
